The size medium works great for my 8 week old, 9 pound golden retriever puppy. It is currently adjusted at its tightest so there is lots of room for him to grow. The front is a little loose so I wouldn’t rely on it as a restraint but it’s great getting my message across. It’s easy to read and my pup got used to it quickly so it seems comfortable for him. Highly recommend.

Nice and bright! The reflective parts are truly reflective which is nice, and this helps others know she isn't a friendly dog, but rather anxious and a nervous one

Looks great. We got a small for our 7 pound Chihuahua Pomeranian mix. It is a little big so might of went with the xs for him.

First the company has a stellar customer service! I ordered a small size as the measurements looked to fit our dog. The neck and chest measurements were in the range. I received the small size and it looked small on our dog Maxx. In the package there is an information card that provided an email for customer service support. I sent an email with pictures asking for support on returning and reordering a bigger size. I promptly received an email stating they wanted to save me the hassle of returning the small size and they would send me a medium for free and keep the small as a back up ❤️🐾 The emails were very professional and kind and wanted us to be happy with our purchase, which we are VERY happy! The material quality is great! The harnesses are adjustable and we chose red color but they offer different colors. Included are several different patches that attach by Velcro and attach perfectly!! The metal service dog tags are heavy quality and nicely engraved. We have a 4lb dog and the xsmall fits her just fine ❤️🐾 If you are looking for a Service Dog vest buy from this company 🙌 I have attached pictures of the size that didn’t fit and the medium that did fit! Our Maxx has a long body, the harness fits higher on his body which is how it should fit. 10 stars for sure!!

Measured as noted in the ad but item came too large had to replace with smaller size. The chest fits but shoulders too loose and unable to tighten any More for a better fit. My pup is a terrier chihuahua mix

While I liked the velcro patches and the little service dog bangles, I didn't like the way the vest fit her.I did go up to a small, she is 5lbs and a yorkie.

Had a different one (the most expensive one on Amazon) that I had purchased in Mexico for about the same as US price. But she hated it and didn't fit well and she would struggle her way out of it. Not this one. Doesn't seem to bother her and no way to struggle out. I have a 10 pound Chihuahua and ordered a small and it worked well... My C is a bit bigger than typical C's

Super good quality harness. I like how you have to put it on. It goes over their head and then you snap it on both sides of their tummy. It fits well. My boy needed a xxsmall. Im happy i purchased this and i would recommend this harness to others.

I needed a service vest in an xtra small and this fits great came with all the stickers and a matching leash! Also easy to put on. Seller is great with any questions or if there is any issues!!

took off one star for fit around neck, is too big for my Yorkie, I went by your measurements. I cannot tighten the neck area any more, needs to be more adjustable with longer webbing. the girth fit fine. she is a senior and will accompany me for errands now. the webbing is well made. just fix the neck problem. thanks

I was disappointed with this purchase. The vest was not true to size, and I had to buy a larger size after thr first one didnt fit properly. On top of that, the leash is poor quality. While walking my dogs, one of the leashes came loose because the lock did not work properly.My heart dropped when my dog was suddenly off the leash on a busy street this could have easily resulted in a serious accident. Due to the sizing issues and , more importantly, the safety concerns with the leash, i would not recommend this product.
