Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to customers worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Track Order page.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at SMITHWISESOLUTIONS@GMAIL.COM and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
