Fera Pets Hip & Joint Supplement for Dogs — Glucosamine Soft Chews

Beware of stomach upsets if your dog has a sensitive tummy. These unfortunately gave my 8 year old pug serious stomach pains and it took me a couple weeks to figure out the cause.. noticed there is fine print on the label that states “may be a GI irritant” …. which turned out to be very true. Can’t speak for their effectiveness otherwise as I stopped giving them to him and his tummy issues went away immediately.

Only able to get my old dog to take 2 of these pills, she hated them and had to stop trying to get her to take them as the 2 I gave her on2 different days gave her severe diarrhea that lasted for another 3 days. To top it off I have set up auto shop with subscription, forgot I had done that bandsaw it too late to cancel order and it could not be returned so between the 2 orders I am out almost 80$. It would be nice if the sign saying non returnable was in larger print in the ad.

READ THIS REVIEW!!I was looking for a supplement for my 55lb mutt because she has elbow dysplasia and the vet was charging WAY too much for theirs and she wouldn’t take them. I have to still hide these in a bit of cheese or a piece of sandwich meat, but after 5-6 weeks, I noticed a big change. I honestly had no hope in any supplement but after trying this one her limp is pretty much gone! She is only 1.5 years old so I needed to find something affordable but still good for her belly and for her joints! I have not noticed any side effects with her, no tummy issues either even if taken on an empty stomach. The only bad thing about them is the fact she won’t eat them as is but I don’t mind giving her some turkey or cheese each day to make her feel better. Overall we love this product and are definitely going to try other products from FERA Pets!

I have a 7-year-old beagle that had weak legs as a puppy. I've always fed my dogs organic grass-fed beef and raw bones along with eggs blueberries organic chicken and sardines. I've noticed a huge improvement in her walking only a week after taking the supplement. Both yesterday and today she went for a 5-mile walk with me around a lake and never needed to take a break. She's my baby girl. I will also be putting my other bagels on it as well as I'm so impressed. I highly recommend.

I just recently started using these. I never write reviews, but I know there are hundreds of dog parents trying to figure the same thing out I was trying to figure out. Can't tell you how many I've actually tried, or I should say she tried. She, is my 14 year old JRT. I noticed she started to slightly show her age when she walks. It started getting hard for her to jump on the chair. Yes people, I let my pets on the furniture. 🥰 She's my rock and I want to treat her like the star that she is in my life. At first she didn't want them. I think that was because we had tried another kind, but they didn't work and these had a somewhat similar smell. So, with a little bit of coaxing ; and a little bit of peanut butter, she eats them now; 1 daily just to clarify. She now takes them without the peanut butter. In my opinion they work fantastic! So good I decided to let the big baby boy 🤣 try them. Jasmine now literally wakes me up by jumping around and rolling aaalllll over the bed; then sits on my chest and starts barking at me! 🥰 He tried that and got yelled at😉 Anywho, I'm so happy to see her, and him, so happy. So, try these if you haven't, or if you're looking. I don't think you'll be disappointed🤠

This product works wonders! My 14 year old Husky was having a hard time spinning in a circle, laying down and getting up. After 2 weeks he was moving a lot better. After a month, he was definitely getting around more and it seems with less pain. If your dog is getting older, get this and get ahead of the pain and suffering!

We have been using the Fera Pet vitamins for our dogs for a couple of years and feel that they have been a benefit to them.

I purchased it for our dog and she is a hunting dog nine years old. She did pull a muscle in her leg. Had her to the vet. She got an anti-inflamitory and pain medicine. They also gave her another round of the anti-nflamitory but was still limping especially when she got up. I decidedto purchase this hip and joint supplement. I said to my husband the other day I noticed she wasn't limping.He agreed. So we will be keeping her on it. She likes it as she would a treat.It took 3 to 4 weeks before we noticed she was better. So give it a chance to work. Looks she might go hunting this fall even for a short hunting trip or two.

My vet recommended this supplement to ease her arthritic joints and it has definitely helped her move more freely without pain. She loves the taste too.

My dog will eventually eat them. They don't smell like they have much of a flavor. Too soon to notice any difference.

I have noticed more mobility with my pet , it seems to be working .

this is a great supplement for my dog! she is a 6 year old lab who has had stiff legs/was limping and now she isn’t! it took a few weeks to kick in but she’s also slightly picky and loves the taste of these. a new staple for her!

I think this has helped our 12yo rescue Schnauzer. He couldn’t walk more than a block with being sore and ready to sleep. He will walk a mile 2 a day now. He’s not in pain like before. We also changed his diet. So it could be a combination of the two.

I have an 8 year old corgi, who on the 6th was showing early signs of hip dysplasia, difficulty getting up, and bunny hopping with back legs, I did a deep dive into what to do, I order this product the next day got it promptly on the 9th, and started him on a double regimen, I tell you by the 11th he was back to his old self, herding the other dogs, and getting me at the door when I get home, I know it might be too soon it is only the 13th, but I am so thankful for this supplement. I will be putting him on regular dose after 4 weeks, so for the price and what it has done for me and my fur baby it is worth it

I can’t really tell you if it helps much. I suppose it will be fine. I wish Amazon would wait until people have had time to really use a product before expecting to have a review of it.

I honestly can't say enough good things about the Fera Pets Hip and Joint Chews. My Labrador is eight years old and had started to slow down a bit.
